The services that process your data
To deliver Quarria, we rely on a small set of vetted third-party services. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job. This page lists them all.
| Service | What it does | Data it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI analysis and Chief of Staff chat | Your composed prompt and the retrieved source text; your chat messages |
| Exa | Web search and retrieval | Search queries built from your lens and business context |
| Stripe | Subscription billing | Payment details, billing email, and customer identifiers (handled on Stripe) |
| Resend | Transactional email and digests | Recipient email address, subject, and message body |
| Optional sign-in | Email address and profile name, only if you choose Google sign-in | |
| Railway | Cloud hosting and database | All application data, in transit and at rest |
| Slack | Optional report delivery | Report content, sent only to a webhook you configure |
Planned, not yet active
CRM connections (such as HubSpot and Salesforce) are being built and are not live yet. No CRM data leaves Quarria today. We'll update this page before any new service goes live.
We keep this list current. If you have questions about a specific service, or need a data processing agreement, contact us. Contact us.
