Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Quarria, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Quarria on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service description
Quarria is a market intelligence platform that helps you monitor the web for signals relevant to your business, prioritise those signals using AI, and track recommended actions. The service is provided on a subscription basis following any applicable free trial period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any feature of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party sources surfaced by the service.
3. User obligations
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You agree not to use Quarria to scrape, copy, or redistribute content in violation of third-party rights; to attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service; or to use the service in any unlawful manner. You are solely responsible for the business context, prompts, and configurations you provide. Quarria processes these inputs but does not warrant the accuracy or fitness of any generated output for any specific business decision.
4. Intellectual property
Quarria and all associated software, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of the service operator. You retain ownership of all data you bring into Quarria: your business profile, prompts, and uploaded documents remain yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data in order to provide the service to you. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the fees you paid in that month. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
